Her Babies Are Gone and Now She Needs a Home

Our Point Pet of the Week is still waiting at the Monmouth County SPCA for her 'forever home'.

Sky is a 6 year old American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier mix who came in 18 months ago as a new mommy. Then she suffered some unexpected post-pregnancy complications that needed to be taken care of.

Now she is back in full health but has been in the shelter for way too long. As great as the Monmouth County SPCA is, any animal that is in a shelter too long suffers from the stress of not having a family to take them home and love them. Sky's puppies have long since been adopted and Sky really needs to find HER new home now.

She would do best in a calm home with adults or mature teens.
