High Technology High School in Lincroft, part of the Monmouth County Vocational School District, was named the best public high school in the U.S.
It was based on academics, health and safety, parent and student surveys, diversity, teachers, and other data.
Niche gives the school an overall A+ rating.
Other Jersey schools that made the top 50? Bergen County Technical High School in Teterboro (#12), High Tech High School in North Bergen (#21), and Biotechnology High School in Freehold (#32).
