You know the scenario. You're the second person at the red light and then it turns green. You're ready to go, but the car in front of you isn't. You want to wait a few seconds before leaning on the horn, but the clock is ticking.

We've all seen both extremes. We've seen the person that will never beep, and we've seen the person that is beeping a split second after the light turns green. Is there a happy medium? Is there a proper amount of time before you beep. And is it the "Gentle reminder" tap of the horn or the "I can't believe you have a license" lean on the horn?
