Over the past two seasons, I have averaged 1.5 points per game against the legendary Harlem Globetrotters. Yep, that's me in the picture (00).  At 5'2" (and that's rounding up a bit), I may be the most unlikely person in sports history to be in a two games against the famed basketball team, let alone score. Yet there it is in the record books...1.5 points per game. My parents are very proud.

Granted, those three points consisted of a foul shot from approximately three feet away, and a lay up that I connected on only after all the Globetrotters decided to lay down on the court while I shot it, but let's not get caught up in the details.

I am not playing in the Globetrotters game tomorrow night, 7pm, at Collins Arena in Lincroft. Maybe they were tired of me wearing them out. I guess I'll never know. They have asked me to be a guest ref, which I am thrilled to do. So if you've never seen a 5'2" guy call a foul on a 7 foot basketball player, this may be your only chance!
