How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?
Do you think you get enough sleep? I don’t think anybody ever feels like they do. Liz walked into work this morning with exactly 30 minutes of sleep which didn’t make my morning any easier, but that’s a different story! So what exactly is enough sleep? According to cdc.gov, adults should get between 7-9 hours of sleep per night. We wish!
There are only about a thousand things that stand between us and a good night’s sleep. Schedules, stress, the kids, the noisy neighbors, stress, bills, work, and did I say stress? Plus, you now know how much sleep you should be getting, and that might keep you up at night! Plus, the holidays are here now, so maybe we can get some sleep…next year.
