A couple described as "two complete losers" in a Facebook post by Howell police chief Andrew Kudrick Jr. were arrested on a charge of possession of heroin on Friday.

In the post, Kudrick writes Queenarabia Suggs, 21 of Edison and Keith Foster, 24 from Asbury Park were with their 1-year-old daughter when they were found to have 400 bags of heroin in their possession.

They were charged with possession and distribution of suspected heroin, along with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

The parents are being held on $250,000 bail at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution while the child, according to Kudrick, was given to a relative.

"As always, they are presumed innocent until found guilty (or they take a plea) in a court of law," wrote Kudrick. "Great job once again by Howell officers. Two complete losers were apprehended. Their conduct is inexcusable. The accolades are somewhat suppressed by the sadness of the infant involvement."
