If you could commit to doing aerobic exercise daily, the experts say it may help you sleep like a baby. And according to a report at msn.com, yoga can also be a key to getting the rest you need.

So, here’s the gameplan according to the experts. Try to do 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobics 5 times a week and then end each day with a couple of yoga poses. According to the article, the subjects of the experiment did, in fact sleep better, and many of them reported weight loss during the program as well.
