Irish Gold – Cocktail of the Week

Green beer not your thing? Me either.

This weekend's cocktail steps things up a notch for your St. Patrick's Day festivities!

Green-colored drinks will abound, but we're going for the 'Irish Gold' including traditional Irish whiskey!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Irish whiskey (like Jameson or Tullamore Dew)
• .5 oz peach schnapps
• 2 oz. ginger ale
• splash of orange juice

Fill a tall (collins) glass with ice...add all the ingredients, give it a stir, garnish it with a lime wheel (there's your green), and enjoy!
