I'm not in great shape, but I want to be in great shape. Doesn't everybody? My problem is there are many days that I don't have an hour or two to run or work out. And even when I do, I don't always feel like doing it. I know that sounds a little lazy, but I'd like to accomplish my goals without that kind of commitment. Wouldn't it be great to get your workout done and have a little extra time?

I used to jog a lot, but it takes forever (especially when I'm doing it) and the I have to play the weather. It's tough to stick with. So, I've been looking around for  workout plan that could work for you if you're pressed for time but still want to get it done! I visited Koko Fit Club in Shrewsbury and brought the crew with me.
