If you have been waiting to find the right puppy to adopt into your family, maybe this adorable baby is the one!

Our Point Pet of the Week is named Kallie. She is 6-months old and was saved by the Monmouth County SPCA. They brought her here from Virginia for the second chance of finding a forever family.

Kallie has been learning to come out of her shell. She can be shy at first but once she gets to know you she will be at your side all the time. She loves other dogs, too, so a home with a canine sibling or two would be great.

This precious little one loves to play and can often be found rolling around in the grass. Right now Kallie is staying with a nice foster family that includes adults, kids, and dogs. They have taught Kallie to walk nicely on a leash as well as some new commands like 'drop it'. They say this doggie is really smart and would excel at some training classes.

Kallie is also doing well with her crate training, and can be left out during the day without any accidents!

The MCSPCA is holding their annual Valentine's Day Brunch at McLoone's Pier House in Long Branch on Sunday, February 14th, 11 am - 2 pm. Tickets are now on sale at www.monmouthcountyspca.org. In addition, also on sale are the Valentine's Day Brunch 50/50 raffle tickets. The cost is $10 per ticket. Last year's winner took home $16,000!!! The drawing will be February 15th at 2 pm and you don't have to be present to win.
