Is Your Child Still Anxious Since Superstorm Sandy?

A special information session is taking place for kids (and their parents) still experiencing anxiety or having other emotional problems since Superstorm Sandy.

Has your child continued to have trouble adjusting since Superstorm Sandy? This is an important information session for parents whose kids may be experiencing heightened anxiety due to their storm related experiences.

At this session you'll learn more about how children react - signs and symptoms, age-related reactions, what parents should do, when and where to seek additional help, and more.

Please bring your children with you. They will be showing a special edition of Sesame Street in the children's section that addresses the questions and anxiety children have as a result of environmental crisis. Refreshments will also be served.

It all takes place Wednesday, August 14th, 2013, 7 - 8 p m at the Community YMCA, Bayshore Family Success Center, 810 Union Avenue, Union Beach.
