Ahead of the impending nor'easter expected to impact our area, Jackson Mayor Michael Reina and the Office of Emergency Management have signed a State of Emergency Declaration beginning at 7PM tonight.  As part of the declaration, the Township's Emergency No Parking Ordinance will go into effect, meaning all vehicles, sports equipment, and trash receptacles must be removed from all roadways.  Any vehicles that are in violation of this ordinance may be removed at the owner's expense.

Jackson Township crews are prepared for snow removal operations as the first snowflakes are expected to fall tonight and evolve into blizzard conditions tomorrow.
