The Red Bank location of JBJ Soul Kitchen is presenting Women In Art : Creating With A Purpose Saturday May 19th.

JBJ Soul Kitchen is teaming up with the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Monmouth County to present Women In Art : Creating With A Purpose, taking place at the Red Bank location, 207 Monmouth St.

Some amazing artwork will be on display in the JBJ Soul Kitchen Gardens throughout the event, which takes place Saturday, May 19th and runs from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm. The event is free and open to the public.

The artwork displayed will "celebrates women's strength in facing social issues through the unifying language of Art, our way of bringing Love to a hurting world", according to the JBJ Soul Kitchen Facebook page.

JBJ Soul Kitchen, a community restaurant run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, has served nearly 83,000 meals, 51% of which have been earned by volunteering.  Find out how you can get involved at the JBJ Soul Kitchen website.
