The Garlic Knot Posada. It's one of those "why didn't I think of that" kind of sandwiches. Brilliant. Check this out. Joe's makes a garlic knot roll. It's not just a regular roll with some garlic sprinkled on top. This is a giant garlic knot. Inside was breaded chicken cooked to perfection, mozzarella and vodka sauce. On the side, Joe's homemade red sauce for dipping.
