The Jersey Shore may see the first accumulating snow of the season before the week is over.

Meteorologist Dan Zarrow says the Jersey Shore will likely see the snow tomorrow (Thursday) night into Friday morning with a chance of 1 to 3 inches possible, with the highest totals along the coast in the southern portion of our area.

We all know it's prime snowing season around here for the next eight or ten weeks, but don't we all hold out hope each year that we will have a snow free season? it never actually happens, but we can dream, right?

On the other hand, winter and snow lovers are rejoicing at the news. No matter what side you are on about snow, you can follow Dan Zarrow''s weather blog to stay up to date on the latest New Jersey weather news.
