Jon Bon Jovi is part of a group interested in purchasing the Buffalo Bills, according to published reports.

This is certainly not the first time we've heard this story. It was reported back in November that Bon Jovi had an interest in the Bills, but at that time, the team wasn't up for sale, according to cbssports.com.

If you're asking yourself why Bon Jovi isn't just trying to but the team on his own, it's because he can't afford it on his own. That's an odd thing to say about someone who's estimated worth is $290 million, but the team could go for as much as $1 billion.

The group the report says Bon Jovi may be teaming up with for the deal is a Toronto based group that owns hockey's Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors of the NBA. For an NFL team to be sold, 75% of the owners in the league must approve the sale.
