Jon Bon Jovi Still Can’t Get Rid of His NYC Penthouse
Maybe he just should have stuck to the Jersey Shore!
Jon Bon Jovi isn't having any luck unloading his Soho penthouse, which returned to the market Thursday with a $37.5 million price tag.
Jon originally put the 7,452-square foot duplex at 158 Mercer Street on the market last March for $42 million. And that was after an unseccessful off-market hunt for a buyer.
He then slashed the asking price to $39.9 million last September, and finally took the property off the market in Janaury.
Jon originally got the penthouse in 2007 for $24 million, then put it on the market following a renovation.
The 5-bedroom home has several fireplaces, a media room and a rooftop deck.
