Couples argue about it all the time, but now there may be an answer to the age old question of whether men or women are the better drivers. A judge has made it official with a legal ruling, and you may not like it.

First of all, you should know this didn't happen in the US, it happened in Spain, but the results are still very...well...interesting. Here are the details. A driving school was offering the same program to men and women, but charging the women more, justifying it by saying that, on average, women need five more lessons than the men.

The country's consumer rights advocate heard about this and fined the school for sexual discrimination, but the story didn't end there. The school appealed the decision, and Judge Javier Albar overturned it, according to huffingtonpost.com.

The judge claimed that official government data showed that "every single year, men displayed greater dexterity and better open road skills". At the time of that ruling, Spain's Women's Institute said they would try to fight it in the country's Constitutional Court.
