It's official: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are married! The two said their vows today at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.

Before they said "I do," a source told PEOPLE that Kanye looked like he had wedding jitters. "He clearly knew the gravity of what he was about to do," the source reported. "This morning he was all smiles, but as it got closer, you could see that the nerves were kicking in. It's common for most grooms. I've seen it all before."

The wedding ceremony took place today after Kim and Kanye celebrated pre-wedding rituals in France, including a lavish pre-wedding rehearsal dinner at the Palace of Versailles in Versailles, France on Friday night that included a private performance by Lana Del Rey. The next morning, their nearly 200 guests flew from France to Italy for the official wedding ceremony.

Presiding over the wedding was Rich Wilkerson Jr., a pastor from North Miami. Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli sang as Kim was walked down the aisle by stepdad Bruce Jenner.

The couple chose to have their wedding in Florence because according to them, they conceived baby North West in the city nearly two years ago. The Forte di Belvedere was built in the 16th century and served as a fortress for Italian troops for nearly 100 years.

The marriage is Kanye's first and Kim's third.

We wish Kim and Kanye the very best on their journey!
