Lady Gaga has proven time and time again that her heart is in the right place. Her sense of direction, on the other hand, could maybe use a bit of fine-tuning.

This weekend, as the Windy City celebrated Chicago Pride—and the Supreme Court of the United States' affirmation that same-sex marriage is a federal right—Gaga found herself overcome with the spirit of the festivities. So much so, that she posted an Instagram photo that featured herself flying high above the merriment at the city's esteemed Millennium Park.

"Watching over Chicago Pride from my apartment and smiling so big. So many happy people. Happy pride!! #lovewins," she wrote in the pic, which found her in a black bra with the words "Gay Pride" scribbled onto her chest and stomach.

Beautiful sentiment, yes, but sadly, she was a little off the mark, and as one follower pointed out, she'd actually addressed a different sort of festival.

"Don't mean to disappoint you, but that's because of a Mariachi concert. Pride Parade was held around Sheridan, Halsted—further north from Millennium Park," user @Roxy_Rox8 wrote. "Nonetheless, both were packed and both were fun."

No, it wasn't LGBTQ liberty that the Cheek to Cheek singer had endorsed, but the first ever Chicago Mariachi and Folklorico Festival, a day-long celebration featuring the likes of Mariachi Sol de Mexico de Jose Hernandez, Mariachi Aztlán from the University of Texas Pan American and select student mariachi showcases. Ole!

(For the singer's consideration: Orienteering kit by Wildlife Supply Company now on sale at Amazon for $239.94 + $25 in shipping and additional fees.)
