Law & Order: SVU Star from Matawan Donates Hundreds of Toys

On TV we know his as Olivia Benson's son Noah on Law & Order: SVU. Locally, we know him as 8-year-old Ryan Buggle from Matawan.

Ryan used his star power to collect nearly 200 toys to donate to Toys For Toys this holiday season.

Ryan, who turns nine next month, held a party/benefit in New York City along with his family to help collect toys that were dropped off at Hazlet's Toys For Tots location on Sunday.

The child star told APP:

They are the best charity ever because they help bring toys to kids who may not get any during the holidays. My TV mom [Mariska Hargitay] taught me all about philanthropy and the importance of giving back.

Did this 8-year-old just use the word 'philanthropy?' Awesome!
