According to one report, people are leaving New Jersey more than any other state in the entire country.

The report, at nj.com, says that nearly two thirds of the moves occurring in New Jersey are outbound, according to United Van Lines. It is the 4th time in the last five years that New Jersey has topped that list.

The United Van Lines data says that in 2014, there were just over 4000 moves out of the Garden State, compared to nearly 2200 in 2013. The top reasons for the move out of state were retirement and a new job or transfer. The top destination was Florida.

Nationwide, the number one destination for those moving was Oregon, with about two thirds of the moves there being inbound.
