This is a fun class, whether you take it morning or night, because of the instructors!

I used to take Kathy's morning Body Pump class when I worked closer and could get there in time, but now I am enjoying Karen G.'s class in the evening just as much.

Body Pump is a series of squats, lunges, lifting, ab work, and more, with weights, that will work your muscles. But what I love best about the class is the people who teach it.
