Pounding drumsticks on the floor during a workout? I'm in!

Talk about a way to relieve stress while burning calories and tightening muscles. You gotta try this POUND workout, complete with 'Ripstix' (aka a special kind of drum sticks) that everyone gets to keep the beat with...making a racket and leaving you smiling and actually forgetting that you are doing squats and lunges. It is such an original way to get a good workout!

The good news is that you can try this new class at The Atlantic Club, and a whole bunch of other great classes, for a week this month for a $20 donation that goes to the American Cancer Society!
