Oh, if ever there was a face that said "I love you, please take me home" it is THIS one!

Our very special Point Pet of the Week is Chloe, a 7-year old hound or terrier mix. Her last family loved her very much but were not allowed to have any pets where they lived. So now Chloe is at the Monmouth County SPCA where she is getting lots of love until she can find her forever home.

Chloe is very smart and knows the basic commands and then some. She has made lots of new friends at the MCSPCA and especially loves when volunteers take her for car rides, one of this dog's favorite things to do.

She loves to play with toys, play with other dogs at the park, loves a good game of catch, and, on top of that, she is a big snuggler and will give kisses to you whenever you see her.

Chloe is staying at the Eatontown location of the MCSPCA at 260 Wall Street. You can meet this sweet girl 7 days a week from 1 - 5 pm.

Also, as we reach the 3-year anniversary of Sandy, the MCSPCA is holding a seminar called Disaster Preparedness for People & Pets this evening (Oct. 29th) at the Eatontown facility. Guest speakers from the Humane Society of the U.S. and the Monmouth County Sherriff's Office will be on hand, as well as info on the MCSPCA Pet Pantry, helping to provide pet food to those in need. To reserve a seat, please email isa@monmouthcountyspca.org.
