Lottery Strategy All Along – Wait Until It Goes Over A Billion Dollars

There is no doubt that we are a crafty bunch here in the Garden State, but this strategy outdoes them all.

Sure, we all got in line when it came to buying tickets for the $450 million Powerball jackpot, but we were only getting warmed up. Yes, we pooled our office money together for the $900 million dollar drawing, but we just weren't ready yet.
