Lou’s First Dance Lesson For Girl Scouts Of The Jersey Shore Event

I am man enough to be a Girl Scout. It's a great campaign by the Girl Scouts and I said I would help any way I could, even putting on the dancing shoes and hitting the dance floor.

I would classify myself in the category of "worst dancer ever". You know, I'm the guy who only dances the slow dances at weddings, and when something upbeat comes on, I race away from the dance floor.

But somehow, I agreed to be a contestant in the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore Dancing With Our Monmouth & Ocean County Stars event, which will take place Thursday November 3rd, at Eagle Oaks Country Club in Farmingdale.

I'm taking my first lesson today, and after a couple, I'll be able to give you more details on the dance I'll be performing. In the meantime, wish me...and all the contestants good luck.
