Luxury Living in Seaside Heights?

There's a major addition coming to One Boulevard in Seaside Heights.

New four story condos will occupy 1 Boulevard. According to the developer, the property will be upscale, featuring 15 units that are one block from the beach. Prices will range from $299,900 to $549,900.

The interior of most units include 9-foot ceilings; all include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Anderson StormWatch windows and doors.

Will parking be a problem, developers say no. Each tenant will have two dedicated parking spaces in a 12,000-square-foot parking garage, central elevator access to all building levels, a pool deck and a 30-foot rooftop flagpole.
