On the heels of yesterday's tragedy in Boston, today's evacuation of a local school is likely to put parents even more on edge.

UPDATE: Marlboro Township reverse 911 calls to residents say the scene has been cleared by police and the students are back in their classes.


Marlboro Patch reports Marlboro Memorial Middle School on Nolan Rd. in Marlboro was evacuated shortly after 11 a.m. because of a 'suspicious note.'

It is unknown at this time what the note said.

Students were evacuated from the school on district busses, and are expected to return to the school once the scene is cleared by Marlboro Police.
