Maybe A Little New Jersey Will Help American Idol

It is well documented that American Idol has not been enjoying the ratings success that it has in past seasons, but you know what might get that jumpstarted? A little bit of New Jersey, more specifically Bon Jovi.

Bon Jovi is scheduled to perfom tomorrow night on American Idol. I think it's great that new Jersey is represented, especially since none of the remaining contestants are from the Garden State. And of course, it'll be awesome to see Bon Jovi anyway.

Also scheduled to perform on tomorrow's Idol is Phillip Phillips. Now that's an Idol episode I can look forward to. It's a nice break in a season that I find myself struggling to stay committed to the show. Maybe this will change the momentum. I hope so.
