This is the time of year when New Jersey gets to do what we do best...complain about the weather.

But before you get into the whole heat and humidity thing I want to remind you of something. I want you to remember what the forecast was like here at the Jersey Shore exactly 6 months ago today.

Here's what we were dealing with for January 21, 2015...Snow makes conditions slippery today, especially for the afternoon commute, with moderate to locally heavy snow to taper off by about 7:00pm. Ocean County is under a winter weather advisory with the possibility of 2 to 4 inches before tapering off.

It seems like 100 years ago, but it was only six months ago today. So go enjoy the heat and the snow-less roads on the way home later today...and by the way, no snow closings or delayed openings have been reported to Point Stormwatch yet today.
