It is the season for giving, and if you've been thinking about giving a wonderful animal a forever home, take a minute to meet Chyna.

Chyna is a beautiful 2 year old girl who was originally surrendered to the shelter by the family who had her for a year and a half but were no longer able to keep her. She was then adopted but unfortunately was only able to stay in that home for a couple of weeks since the new owner was not able to care for her either.Chyna is a well behaved girl who doesn't ask for much, just someone who can take her for a walk and give her a little play time. She knows commands like sit, stay, paw and down.

Both of her owners reported that she is a good girl and was a pleasure to have around.  Chyna loves people and will lean into them while being pet or having her head scratched.

If you are interested in meeting sweet Chyna please come visit the Monmouth County SPCA Eatontown location at 260 Wall Street, with new adoption hours...12 noon to 7 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays as well as 12 pm to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays (except December 25th they will be closed).  They are also closing early on Saturday 12/24 and Saturday 12/31 at 3pm.  They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so that adoptions can catch up and get more animals ready for adoption!  For more information call 732-542-4552 or email adoptions@monmouthcountyspca.org.
