It takes place Saturday, August 27th, at 2 pm, but the pre-festivities and registration if you want to be in the parade begin at Noon at Convention Hall and the boardwalk. It'll be an afternoon of fun, so get your kids in their best sea creature costume and be part of it!

The Promenade commences from the north end of the boardwalk, where check-in and registration takes place starting at Noon. At 2 pm the costumed promenaders proceed south along the boards, marching through the Grand Arcade at Convention Hall and continuing until reaching the water park where the prizes will be announced for best costumes.
