Middletown road crews have been working tirelessly since 2AM Saturday morning, but the town is now issuing Winter Storm Alert #4.

Flooded roads will not be plowed until the tidal water recedes to prevent increasing the risk of property damage to neighboring residences.  Those areas include:

  • entire bay shore area north of Hwy 36,
  • entire section of New Monmouth between Cherry Tree Farm Rd and Hwy 36,
  • section of Belford between Leonardville Rd and Hwy 36,
  • section of Leonardo between Kings Hwy East and Hwy 36,
  • New Monmouth section between Hwy 35 and Cherry Tree Farm Rd
  • section between Hwy 35 and Tindall Rd/Park Ave/East Rd,
  • side streets east of east Rd from Leonardville Rd and south of Leonardville Rd from East Rd to Normandy Rd,
  • Hillside Section,
  • Navesink section,
  • side streets north and south of Navesink River Rd,
  • Locust section,
  • Crestview section,
  • Shore Crest section,
  • River Plaza section,
  • Old Village section,
  • Cherry Tree Village section,
  • Heights Terrace section,
  • side streets off Middletown-Lincroft Rd from NJ Transit to Dwight Rd,
  • Ivy Hill Section,
  • Four Winds Drive section,
  • side streets south of Dwight Rd,
  • Deep Dale Section,
  • White Oak Ridge section,
  • Phalanx section,
  • Lincroft Green section,
  • side streets off Middletown-Lincroft on both sides from The GSP to CR 520,
  • side streets on both sides of Swimming River Rd,
  • side streets on both sides of CR 520,
  • Chapel Hill section,
  • Hilton Park section,
  • Oak Hill section on both sides of Bamm Hollow Rd extending to Dwight Rd.
