Mike ‘The Situation’ has Released a Video from Jail

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino posted a video to YouTube, and its contents may surprise you.

The video titled "The Gift of Recovery" was uploaded on Thursday. It's a feel-good recap of the holiday trip that he and his wife made to Phoenix Recovery Sober House in Eatontown.

Mike delivered meals and spoke to the residents about his struggle with and recovery from opioid addiction.

Footage from the video was recorded before he started his eight-month prison sentence in New York for tax fraud. "The Situation" speaks in the video about his mindset as he approached his reporting day of January 15.

Hopefully, Mike is on the right track and reflecting. I applaud him for paying it forward and helping others during his time in prison. Maybe his life "situation" upon his release will be a healthier and legal one.
