Missing my Grandmothers

Who do you miss the most in your life? These beautiful grandmothers of mine were everything to me.

I actually was blessed to have THREE grandmothers...and they are all gone now. But they were some of my closest friends until they went to Heaven.

Not a grocery store trip goes by that I don't miss Grandma Frances, since we went shopping together every week. Not a card game gets played where I don't think about how much more fun it was to play with Grandma Millie. And not a holiday meal goes by that I still can't believe Grandma Julie isn't sitting at the table with us.

These awesome ladies lived very long lives centered around their families. And they were friends with each other, too!

Grandma Julie (pictures on the left) lived into her 90s, and Grandma Frances, my best friend on earth, lived to almost 102!
