When something is stolen from you, you don't always have a chance to tell the thief exactly what you think of them.

One mom decided she'd give them a piece of her mind anyway, posting an awesome message to whoever stole her 2-year-old's pumpkin.

Becky Reina lives outside of D.C., and had carved 4 pumpkins with her family to represent each of them: her, her husband, their son Tommy, and infant daughter Abby.

After realizing that someone had stolen one of the pumpkins, the one for Tommy, Becky got angry, and put a sign up addressing the thief.

The sign reads,

To the person who stole my son's pumpkin:

Thank you for the life lesson. This will teach him that sometimes people are mean for no reason and you have to just brush it off.
Because my son is 2-yrs-old (sic) and cannot read this sign, I will add:
You are an a**hole.[redacted]'

Amazing.

Becky told WJLA-TV that she hopes the thief sees the sign and feels bad about it. I hope Becky knows she's awesome.
