When it comes to living conditions for kids in New Jersey, Monmouth County ranks #7 for the second consecutive year.

The ranking is according to the child advocacy group New Jersey Kids Count, which determines the ranking by factors that determine whether lives of children are improving, according to nj.com.

In the same report, Ocean County ranks at #11, down from #10 last year. The top county in the state for kids this year is Morris county, while Cumberland County is #21 for the second consecutive year.
