Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office Seeking Volunteers For Emergency Evacuation Shelters

The Monmouth County Sheriff's Office, Office of Emergency Management and the United Way of Monmouth are seeking volunteers to staff evacuation shelters in times of emergency.

Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden talked about this proactive effort to keep our area prepared in the event of an emergency. There will be a registration and information session hosted by the Monmouth County Office of Emergency Management and the United Way of Monmouth County this Saturday from 10:00am-12:00 noon at the Monmouth County Police Academy, 2000 Kosloski Rd. in Freehold.
