Season 5 of the The Voice premiered on Monday night, with the 4 original coaches back behind their big red swiveling chairs.

Even better, a local teen has made it through the audition round and will move on to compete this season!

Jacquie Lee, a 16-year-old vocal phenom from Colts Neck wowed the audience with her rendition of Amy Winehouse's 'Back to Black' on last night's show.

Just listening to her voice, it's hard to believe she's only 16...she has such a soulful sound for someone so young!

The coaches/judges: Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera, country star Blake Shelton, and Cee-Lo Green, didn't turn their chairs right away.

In fact, it wasn't until the last few seconds of the performance that any chairs turned at all...when Blake and Christina pushed their buttons almost simultaneously, signifying they wanted Lee for their respective team.

After Cee-Lo praised her boots, (He even asked, 'Did you get those boots from Aldo?' Amazing.) Blake and Christina started making their case as for why they should be chosen as her coach.

She eventually picked Team Christina, and hopefully she'll be able to represent Monmouth County all the way to the end!

Go Jacquie!
