Monmouth Mascot Madness Week 1 Update

With all of the "madness" happening in March, we wanted to give Monmouth a chance to shine. On Monday we opened up the voting for the Monmouth Mascot Madness. Which school in Monmouth has the best mascot? Here's an update on the voting. 

We are narrowing mascots down to an "elite eight" next week, and this poll closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday. There's still plenty of time to get your school and mascot into the next round.

As of this writing, here are the top 8 mascots.

1. Ocean Township Spartans - 13%
2. Matawan Huskies - 12%
3. Long Branch Green Wave - 10.5%
4. Red Bank Catholic Caseys - 10%
5. Marlboro Mustangs - 8%
6. Manasquan Warriors - 7.75%
7. Red Bank Regional Bucs - 6%
8. Freehold Borough Colonials - 5.75%
