Monmouth Regional High Schools in Tinton Falls announced their early dismissal plans yesterday.

Students will be let out at 12:15 p.m. today, Friday, September 9th.

Several schools in Camden, Cumberland, Mercer and Middlesex Counties also closed early due to the heat.

Today's forecast calls for highs near 90, and when combined with the humidity, it feels closer to 100 degrees.

We all know how impossible it can be to concentrate when it's super hot, so it's probably for the best...hopefully other schools in Monmouth and Ocean Counties have air conditioning to keep students and staff cool!
