Monmouth U Students Make Treats for Service Dogs
Paw-Triots dog treats are a new brand created by Monmouth University’s Enterpreneurship class, partnering with K9 Soldiers, Inc.
The class worked to produce an all-natural, grain-free dog treat with no fillers. These treats are now being manufactured in the USA and will support the dogs who serve the USA as K9 soldiers.
The students were responsible for all aspects of creating this brand – from production, research & development and sales, to marketing, publicity, and information technology.
They will give partial proceeds from Paw-Triotsdog treats to support the service dogs of America.
K9 Soldiers, Inc., located in NJ, is an organization that trains service dogs for soldiers returning from war who are in need of love and protection. They also have rescued dogs from the Afghanistan and Iraq area, giving them a warm, loving home and nursing them to helath again.
