Morning Update – Winter Storm This Weekend For The Jersey Shore?

The Jersey Shore got it's first dose of snow yesterday, and now everyone seems to be focusing on the possibility of a major storm in our area for this coming weekend.

Social media is exploding about the possibility, so what are we dealing with exactly? We went to our meteorologist Dan Zarrow to find out what he thinks. Here's what he has to say about it...

"Odds are increasing that a storm system in the Friday night to Saturday time frame will bring significant winter weather to New Jersey. It is still too early to predict exact impacts, snow accumulations, timing, etc. Travel scheduled for this weekend should seriously consider back up plans now in case the worst case scenario forecast plays out."
