Mysterious Sand Sculpture Appears on Seaside Heights Beach

Police chief Thomas Boyd has seen a lot of things on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but what he saw Sunday was a first. 

A giant Elvis Presley sand sculpture was erected on the beach in Seaside Heights at Carteret Avenue. According to reports from Chief Boyd:

"It's as big as a table! "Someone really went to a lot of effort here.

 

The "king-sized" tribute in the sand was clearly done by a fan and someone who has created a sculpture or two in their day. The attention to detail is really remarkable.
