Navy Reports At Least 1 Dead in D.C. Shooting

A shooting incident at the Washington Navy Yard this morning has left at least one person dead.

WJLA-TV reports at least eight people were killed, with many others injured in this morning’s shooting at the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters in Washington,D.C.

The incident began at around 8:20 a.m. this morning, and multiple sources are now reporting that one of the two suspected gunmen is among the dead.

There is no word yet on a motive for the shooting, and the scene is still active.
