Cocktails, tastings, and more. This place near Delicious Orchards looks awesome!

It's the first full service farm distillery in our state, and it's the brainchild of a Colts Neck entrepreneur. If you've passed by this new building on Rt. 34 South it really does look incredible!

MuckleyEye, the Colts Neck StillHouse will offer cocktails, tours, tasting and events. The owner says the name comes from a phrase his grandfather used to use when he was surprised by something (He'd yell "Holy MuckleyEye!")

Constructed by Amish crews, this place looks gorgeous from the outside, and is modeled in a design similar to a distilling process in Kentucky known as Moonshine University. The owner went through intensive training in Louisville (the home of bourbon whiskey) where he learned a lot of secrets of the industry and developed his own recipes and techniques.

This new distillery will focus on bourbon, whiskeys, rum, gin, vodka, and flavored moonshines. Distilling will be done on premises using local ingredients when possible.

The StillHouse will be allowed to serve cocktails in its tasting room and to sell up to six bottles to an individual. It also is allowed to sell to liquor stores and restaurants. (Only its own products may be served and sold.)

The StillHouse aims to bring you a truly memorable experience, transporting you back to pre-prohibition time when there were small distilleries all making their own local products.
