It's another fast moving storm that will start as snow on Monday and change to freezing rain, sleet and snow by Tuesday morning as temperatures rise to the lower 40s.

Less than an inch of accumulation is expected for most of the state with 2-4 inches excepted north of Interstate 78.

Temperatures will rise into the 40s by Thursday and 50s on Friday according to the National Weather Service's forecast for the week. There are concerns, however, that a snow melt could bring on some flooding due to sewers and drains that are snow covered. The warmer weather with temperatures falling below freezing at night will trigger the "freeze-thaw" cycle that creates potholes.
