Apparently all the things that we love about the Garden State just isn't enough to put us in the Top 10 happiest states in America.

Factors that were included in determining the Top 10, according to msn.com, were things like health care and attractions available in the state. And despite our many attractions here in New Jersey we were not able to crack the Top 10.

The survey did not include the entire list of states and where each placed, and in a way, I'm kind of glad about that. I have a true love for the Garden State and don't want to see us on the bottom of any lists. Even though I was disappointed we didn't make the Top 10, it doesn't exactly surprise me.

By the way, the happiest state is Hawaii, with Vermont in 2nd and Minnesota in 3rd. Check out the complete list for the rest of the Top 10.
