McKenna Pope is proof that one person can make a difference.

The 13-year-old New Jersey girl made headlines when she petitioned Hasbro to make a gender-neutral version of the Easy-Bake Oven. Her younger brother wanted one, but thought the purple and pink colors were 'too girly,' making him embarrassed to play with it.

McKenna went to change.org and wrote about how there are no boys on the packaging or advertisements, 'that this sends a clear message: women cook, men work...that it's not 'wrong' for him to want to be a chef.'

Her petition got 44,000 signatures, and McKenna got a meeting with execs at Hasbro.

The result?

A unisex black and silver Easy-Bake Oven is expected to go on sale in February.

McKenna, you're amazing, proof that every voice can be heard, and you're definitely going places in this world. Well done.
